BethelOA Mail Engine is a multi-tenant email marketing platform that enables users to send email campaigns, manage contact lists, and access Social Media Marketing (SMM) reseller services. The Service is provided via our web portal at app.betheloa.com.

All email campaigns sent through BethelOA Mail Engine must comply with our Anti-Spam Policy. You must:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed acceptable complaint or bounce thresholds to protect our sending infrastructure.
The free tier provides 620 emails per month (or 49 emails per month for personal email senders). Paid plans are available with higher sending limits. Plan details are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
BethelOA provides access to Social Media Marketing (SMM) services through third-party providers. By using these services, you acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of all contact data you upload to the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to email the contacts in your list and that your use of their data complies with applicable data protection laws.
The BethelOA platform, including its software, design, and content, is owned by BethelOA and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BethelOA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BethelOA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
